This appointment will be 60 minutes, which is the perfect length for a first assessment, to explore your symptoms, goals and provide a detailed rehabilitation plan.
After you have booked, you will be sent an online medical questionnaire which you are required to complete ahead of your appointment. This will help me to prepare for our session and provide you with personalised advice tailored just for you.

We will check-in with your progress and keep you on track to achieve your goals.
Between sessions, use PhysiApp to document your symptoms and exercises. This will help me monitor your progress and prepare for your follow-up session. I will give personalised support and advice to overcome any challenges that stand between you and your goals.
